Antrieb
Der Begriff Antrieb und das zugrunde liegende Konzept sind unscharf. Aus neurowissenschaftlicher Perspektive ist das, was als „Antrieb“ wahrgenommen wird, ein komplexer Prozess, der eines störungsfreien Zusammenwirkens diverser, hierarchisch aufeinander aufbauender Ebenen bedarf:
- der Fähigkeit zur motorischen Umsetzung von Aktionsschemata
- der Fähigkeit zur Auswahl solcher Schemata
- der Fähigkeit zur Bildung und Auswahl von Intentionen, also von Handlungsmotiven
Jeder einzelne Prozess kann separat gestört sein und sich in einer Antriebsstörung manifestieren.
Antrieb aus pychopathologischer Sicht
Die Psychopathologie beurteilt Antrieb auf der komplexesten Ebene, der eigentlichen Antriebsebene, auf der alle Faktoren zusammenwirken. KLAGES (1967) definiert Antrieb als „das dynamische Moment, das in alle motorischen, sensorischen und assoziativen Leistungen einfliesst, diese erst ermöglicht und in seiner qualitativen und quantitatven Verschiedenheit zur individuellen Persönlichkeitsstruktur des Menschen beiträgt“.
Der Antrieb ist demnach eine nicht direkt, sondern nur in ihren Wirkungen sichtbare, nicht genau bezeichnete, ungerichtete „Kraft„, die Grundlage einer jeden Verhaltensäusserung ist.
Subjektiv kann Antrieb als „Antriebserleben“ wahrgenommen werden.
Nach KLAGES wird zwischen „Eigenantrieb“ und „Fremdantrieb“ unterschieden.
